What Cerqora collects, why, and how your data is protected

Who we are

Cerqora ("we", "us") operates ceramichomedecor.com, selling handcrafted ceramic decor and blessing talismans. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
Order data: items purchased, order amount, shipping address, and the email used at checkout.
Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor, Airwallex (and PayPal where used). We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited.

How we use it

To create your account and let you view your order history.
To process, ship and track your orders, and to notify you about them.
To provide customer support (returns, replacements, questions).
To send occasional updates only if you subscribed — every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Airwallex (payments), and our shipping carriers (address only, for delivery).

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (cq_session) to keep you logged in, and local storage to remember your shopping cart. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA; if you are in the EEA/UK, under GDPR. We honor all verified requests within 30 days.

Data security & retention

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and sessions are signed. Order records are kept for as long as your account is active or as required by tax law, then deleted.
