Our promise

Every Cerqora order comes with Happiness Guaranteed: if something is wrong with your piece, we make it right — a replacement, a repair, or a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.

30-day return window

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original gift-ready packaging.

• Changed your mind? Return it for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Arrived damaged or not as described? We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note (photos help a lot for damaged items).
2. We reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Once it arrives and passes a quick check, your refund is issued.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

• Custom & personalized pieces (e.g. custom calligraphy, made-to-order talismans) are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
• Final-sale items are marked as such on the product page.
