Where and how fast your Cerqora order arrives
Every Cerqora piece is shaped, glazed and brush-written by hand, then quality-checked before it leaves the studio. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days (custom calligraphy pieces may take 5–7 business days). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs delays (for international orders) are outside our control; any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best — after production begins, custom pieces can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If your piece arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost, email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the piece or refund you in full — the "Happiness Guaranteed" promise always applies.
