Every piece is handmade, so small variations in glaze, brushwork and size are natural and are not defects. Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life. We describe every item as accurately as we can.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Airwallex and/or PayPal; we never store your card details. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Custom calligraphy and made-to-order talismans are personal items. Please double-check spelling and wording at checkout — these pieces cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
